Sberbank to buy GM Russia plant-RIA quotes source

MOSCOW, June 6 (Reuters) - Sberbank (SBER03.MM), part of a consortium to buy GM's GM.N European assets, will pay 65 million euros ($92.1 million) for GM's assembly plant in St Petersburg, RIA news agency quoted a Sberbank source as saying on Saturday.

Sberbank will take a 35 percent stake in Opel under the deal with GM, led by Canadian auto parts maker Magna (MGa.TO), but said on Thursday it would probably sell it.
