 WARSAW, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Here are news stories, press
reports and events to watch which may affect Poland's financial

 MILLENIUM Q3 RESULTS, ISSUE
 Polish lender Millennium BIGW.WA announced on Friday a 1
billion zlotys ($348.2 million) rights issue as it posted an
unexpected net loss in the third quarter due to a writedown
related to mounting bad loans. [ID:nWAR011088]
 
 PGE DEBUTS
 Poland's top utility PGE debuts on the Warsaw stock exchange
in the biggest IPO in Europe so far this year.
 
 TVN
 Listed broadcaster TVNTVNN.WA plans 588 million euros bond
issue to finance purchase of 49 percent at 'n' pay-TV platform
and refinance its existing debt. The TVN will issue 188 million
euros in bonds to its parent company ITI as a payment for the
'n' stake. The 400 million euros part will be used to refinance
debt.
 
 POLISH SAMURAI BONDS
Poland sold 44.8 billion yen ($493.7 million) of three-year
and five-year Samurai bonds, joint lead managers said on Friday.

 LOTOS
 Poland's No.2 refiner Lotos LTOS.WA net and operating
profit is likely to drop in the fourth quarter from a
better-than-expected earnings in June-September period, Lotos'
chief executive said on Thursday.[ID:nL5334030]
 
 PENSIONS
 Proposed changes to Poland's pension system to help rein in
rising debt have yet to win final approval from Prime Minister
Donald Tusk, officials said on Thursday.[ID:nL5486819]
 
 EURO
 Poland may publish its national euro adoption plan mid-2010,
Deputy Finance Minister Ludwik Kotecki said on Thursday, adding
Warsaw could enter ERM2 without first meeting the fiscal
requirement.[ID:nL5466654]
