Naftogaz says ready for "constructive" gas talks
KIEV, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Ukrainian state energy firm Naftogaz said on Wednesday Gazprom's (GAZP.MM) accusations that Naftogaz broke international law and its gas transit obligations to Europe are "provocative".
It also said it was ready for "constructive" talks with the Russian gas export monopoly, after seven days of gas cuts that have impacted on European consumers.
