The head of Geoplin, Alojz Stana, said Russian supplier Gazprom (GAZP.MM) had announced there would be no deliveries through Ukraine for 24 hours.

He added conditions were changing each hour, "therefore it is difficult to say what will happen in 24 hours". He said supply to customers was not disrupted as the company was using other supply sources and stored gas. (Reporting by Marja Novak; Edited by ***)
