The Spanish infrastructure firm said the outlook for air traffic remains difficult, but said figuress across BAA's seven UK airports are improving after falling 1.4 percent in October, the best performance since June, 2008.

IBERIA (IBLA.MC)

The Spanish airline has cancelled 368 flights between Tuesday and Wednesday due to a strike by its cabin crew, Spanish press reported.

TELEFONICA (TEF.MC)

The Spanish telecommunications group said late on Monday it will sell up to 6 billion reais ($3.5 billion) in real-denominated premisory notes in Brazilian debt markets to fund the acquistion of local rival GVT (GVTT3.SA).
