Sberbank "non sarebbe legata" a chiusura operazione Opel il 15/7

MOSCA, 14 luglio (Reuters) - La banca russa Sberbank, partner del consorzio guidato da Magna (MGa.TO) che rileverà la casa automobilistica tedesca Opel, dice che la scadenza del 15 luglio per chiudere l'operazione non è tassativa.

"Proprio ora ci sono nuove informazioni sulle trattative. Si tratta di colloqui intensi, ma non sarei legato alla scadenza del 15 luglio", ha detto il direttore finanziario della banca, Anton Karamzin in una conference call.

"Ci sono sono molte parti in questo processo e possiamo aspettarci notizie ogni giorno".
