ROME, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Italian bank Intesa Sanpaolo SpA (ISP.MI) sees no problems for the group from the failure of U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc LEH.P, Executive Board Chairman Enrico Salza said on Tuesday.

"As far as we are concerned, everything's fine. I am worried for the others about small, marginal problems, but not for us," he told reporters after a meeting of Italy's bank association ABI.

Intesa Sanpaolo, Italy's biggest bank in terms of branches, said later its exposure to Lehman Brothers comprised on-balance-sheet loans of about 51 million euros ($72.38 million), guarantees of about 3 million euros and bonds of a nominal value of about 166 million euros.

It had net mark-to-market replacement risks of about 40 million euros, it said in a statement.

Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy protection on Monday. ($1=.7046 Euro) (Reporting by Giuseppe Fonte, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
