UPDATE 1-OEP moves Pfleiderer stake to new vehicle

FRANKFURT, Aug 18 (Reuters) - Private equity company One Equity Partners (OEP) has moved its stake in German board and laminate maker Pfleiderer (PFDGn.DE) to a new investment vehicle, called Wood Engineering Holding.

Pfleiderer said on Monday Wood Engineering Holding B.V. now held 21.75 percent of its voting rights.

Shares in Pfleiderer were up 2.8 percent at 10.15 euros by 1319 GMT. (Reporting by Jens Hack in Munich, writing Eva Kuehnen; Editing by Paul Bolding)
