MOSCOW, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Russian state-controlled bank VTB (VTBR.MM) plans to hand out 190 billion roubles ($6.93 billion) in loans to firms in the non-financial sector in November, Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin said on Wednesday.

"VTB provided the real economy sector with around 120 billion roubles in October, the plan for November is 190 billion roubles," Kudrin told the Russian lower house of parliament. ($1=27.43 roubles) (Reporting by Yelena Fabrichnaya; Writing by Maria Kiselyova; Editing by Guy Faulconbridge)
