Spain's OHL calls EGM on possible debt issue

MADRID, Oct 23 (Reuters) - Spanish constructor OHL (OHL.MC) said on Friday it had called an extraordinary shareholders' meeting to grant its board the right to issue debt and/or make a capital hike.

The EGM has been called for Nov. 26, the company said in a statement to the stock market regulator. (Reporting by Rodrigo de Miguel; Writing by Paul Day)
