Makeshift bombs placed at Greek ministers' offices-police
One device, made up of three gas canisters, exploded outside the party office of Greece's Deputy Civil Protection Minister Spyros Vougias, a police spokesman said. There were no injuries.
Another two home-made explosive devices were placed outside the party offices of Justice Minister Harris Kastanidis and a socialist party deputy in the city but did not go off, the spokesman added.
The incidents are the latest in a series of gas canister and bomb attacks by leftist and anarchist groups that have rocked Greece since the police shooting of a teenager sparked the country's worst riots in decades in December.
A new Socialist government swept to power after an Oct. 4 snap election, replacing the conservatives who had ruled the country since 2004. (Reporting by Angeliki Koutantou; editing by Philippa Fletcher)
