Gazprom 2009 export sales to fall to $40 bln

MOSCOW, June 24 (Reuters) - Russia's gas export monopoly Gazprom (GAZP.MM) expects export sales to fall to $40 billion in 2009, its export chief Alexander Medvedev said on Wednesday.

In 2008, the company earned $65 billion on export sales.
