MADRID, Aug 29 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

IBERIA (IBLA.MC), BRITISH AIRWAYS (BAY.L), AMERICAN AIRLINES (AMR.N)

The European Commission's antitrust body to probe BA, Iberia, AA tie up, El Pais reported, citing the commission's spokesman.

FERROVIAL FER.MC, ACCIONA (ANA.MC), FCC (FCC.MC), SACYR (SVO.MC)

Spain's leading constructors to partially fund 6.5 billion euros in infrastructure projects for Madrid's Olympic 2016 bid, Cinco Dias reported, citing an unnamed company official.

GAS NATURAL

Criteria CaixaCorp (CRIT.MC) said it bought 1.12 percent of Gas Natural (GAS.MC) in the second quarter, boosting its stake to 36.7 percent.

Gas Natural's 19 billion euro loan will also launch to a wider syndication early next week, banking sources said.

CRITERIA CAIXACORP

Criteria CaixaCorp said financial market volatility coulod depress the market value of its industrial holdings in the second half.

CEPSA (CEP.MC)

Cepsa on Thursday reported first half recurring profits down 61 percent to 143 million euros.

SOLARIA (SLRS.MC)

Solar panel company Solaria reported first half profits up 224 percent to 27 million euros and sales up more than threefold to 160 million euros.
