Lebanon's Byblos Bank sees 2009 net up 10-12 pct

BEIRUT, Oct 29 (Reuters) - Lebanon's Byblos Bank (BYB.BY) expects its 2009 net profit to increase between 10-12 percent compared with 2008, the bank's chief financial officer said on Thursday.

"Full year, I think it will be safe to forecast an increase of 10-12 percent in net profit for 2009 versus 2008," Alain Wanna told Reuters.

The bank has recorded a 21 percent increase in its profit for the first nine months of the year.
