Shell's Pernis FCC seen shut for 10 days-traders

LONDON, Sept 29 (Reuters) - A gasoline making unit at Royal Dutch Shell's (RDSa.L)(RDSa.AS) Pernis refinery in the Netherlands is expected to close for about 10 days after an unplanned shutdown last week, traders said on Monday.

Shell shut the 48,000 barrels per day unit called a fluid catalytic cracker (FCC) late on Wednesday due to a technical problem.

Shell declined to comment on the duration of the shutdown. (Reporting by Ikuko Kao and Margaret Orgill)
