FRANKFURT, Sept 30 (Reuters) - Siemens AG (SIEGn.DE) expects restructuring costs of around 3 billion euros ($4.30 billion), mostly to be booked in its fiscal fourth quarter that ends on Tuesday, it said in a statement.

The German engineering group said development of business volume in the fourth quarter continued to be "pleasing" and confirmed its 2009 outlook.

The biggest chunk of costs stemmed from cutting administrative jobs and selling its corporate telecoms unit Siemens Enterprise Networks (SEN) to U.S. financial investor Gores Group.

Siemens will book charges of up to 1.1 billion euros ($1.58 billion) for the job cuts and and around 1 billion euros for the SEN sale, it said.

Restructuring costs for its mobility division would be 120-200 million euros, while it will cost up to 100 million euros to revamp its healthcare sector, it said.

Siemens shares rose 0.9 percent to 65.51 euros by 1421 GMT while the German blue-chip DAX index .GDAXI eased 0.2 percent. (Editing by Elaine Hardcastle)
