MILAN, July 9 (Reuters) - Tamburi Investment Partners SpA (TIP.MI) statement [ID:nBIA09446] on Thursday:

* makes public buyout offer for Management & Capitali (MACA.MI)

* Bid to be in cash, shares

* To offer 11.43 euros cash and 1 tamburi share for each 127 m&c shares if stock options included

* to offer 8.82 euros cash and 1 tamburi share for each 98 m&c shares if stock options not included
