* Q3 net 674 mln euro ($1.01 billion)s

* Q3 net reuters I/B/E/S avg f'cast 461.5 mln euros

* tier 1 ratio 8 pct at end-September, core tier 1 7.2 pct

* says full-year consolidated net could be above 2008
