MILAN, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Italian asset manager Mediolanum SpA (MED.MI) said in a statement on Wednesday:

* 9-mth net profit 192 million euros ($287.7 million), up 86 percent

* Interim dividend 0.085 euros per share
