* 9-mth net profit 50 mln euros, down 37 pct * 9-mth revs 1.673 bln euros, down 2 pct
* EBITDA margin drops to 5.6 pct from 7.3 pct
* Sees 2009 revs at 2.1 bln euros
* Sees 2009 EBITDA at 130 mln euros, net at 80 mln euros
