Solaria denies irregular accounts, results

MADRID, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Spanish solar panel maker Solaria (SLRS.MC) said on Friday there were no irregularities in its accounts or its results, after rumours of such had hit its shares, sending them down 20 percent at one point.

"Solaria denies the existence of any kind of anomalies in its accounts or its results," the company said.

By 1433 GMT, shares had recovered slightly and were down 14 percent to 2.09 euros. (Reporting by Elisabeth O'Leary)
