Sacyr refinances Europistas acquisition loan

MADRID, July 22 (Reuters) - Spanish construction firm Sacyr Vallehermoso (SVO.MC) said on Tuesday it had successfully refinanced a 560 million euro ($891.6 million)loan it used to buy road concession firm Europistas.

The loan which is being provided by a consortium of 27 banks is due on Nov 23 next year -- a year later than originally due.
