Spain to boost public works spending 11 bln euros

MADRID, Nov 27 (Reuters) - Spain will boost spending on public works other areas by 11 billion euros ($14 billion) to create 300,000 jobs in 2009, Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said on Thursday.
