G8/G8+5 summit commits to reaching Doha goals in 2010

ROME, July 8 (Reuters) - Draft statements being prepared for issue at meetings of G8 leaders committed to rapid conclusion of Doha trade talks, according to a draft seen by Reuters.

Currencies  |  Global Markets  |  Brazil  |  Mexico

A second draft prepared by G8 countries plus G5 major developing economies such as China, India, Brazil and Mexico committed to reaching ambitious balanced conclusion to Doha in 2010 and instructed trade ministers to meet prior the G20 that will be held in Pittsburgh on September 24 and 25.
