Mexico stocks jump, led by gains in telecoms

MEXICO CITY, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks jumped on Tuesday, led by telecommunications holding company company Carso Telecom (TELECOMA1.MX), following steep losses on Monday and on renewed hopes for a bailout of the U.S. auto industry.
