Florida warned with second hard freeze warning

NEW YORK (Reuters) - The U.S. National Weather Service issued a second hard freeze warning in Florida for Thursday night, the forecaster said Thursday.

This followed the weather service's warning on Wednesday that a hard freeze would strike Florida's citrus groves early Thursday morning.

Citrus will sustain damage if temperatures fall to 28 degrees Fahrenheit or lower for at least four hours.
