WASHINGTON - Louisiana Republican Rep. Richard Baker is in talks to become president of the hedge fund industry's main Washington lobbying group, the Managed Funds Association. Baker has disclosed the talks to the Ethics Committee of the House of Representatives, becoming the first lawmaker to file a report about job talks under lobbying reforms adopted last year.
