Iran must respond to offer or face more sanctions: UK

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - Britain said on Monday it would back more U.N. sanctions on Iran if it fails to give an "unambiguous and positive" answer by Tuesday to an offer from world powers aimed at ending the nuclear standoff with Iran.
