New Issue-Agile Property Holdings sells $300 mln notes

  Nov 4 (Reuters) - Agile Property Holdings Ltd (3383.HK) on
Wednesday sold $300 million of seven-year senior secured notes
in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
  Bank of America Merrill Lynch and HSBC were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
