Valero St. Charles CDU still shut after June fire
NEW YORK, July 6 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) said on Monday that the crude distillation unit at its 185.000 barrel per day St. Charles, Louisiana refinery has not returned to service after a fire in early June idled the unit, the vacuum unit and a coker.
"We don't have an update on the timetable for restart at this time," said Bill Day, a spokesman for the company.
The vacuum unit and coker will be restarted once the crude unit returns to operation. (Reporting by Janet McGurty)
