Tier Technologies names Johnston interim CFO

NEW YORK, April 7 (Reuters) - Tier Technologies Inc (TIER.O) said on Monday it had appointed Ronald Johnston as its interim chief financial officer for an initial period of three months, as the company completes its search for a permanent CFO.

Stocks

The company said in a regulatory filing that Johnston, 61, has served as chief financial officer for a number of companies, most recently as a CFO partner for professional services firm Tatum LLC.
