Emcor acquires refinery industry repair company

CHICAGO, Jan 7 (Reuters) - Engineering and construction company Emcor Group Inc (EME.N) said on Monday it has acquired Redman Equipment & Manufacturing Company, which provides repair services for the refinery and petrochemical industries.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Based in Torrance, California, Redman has annual revenue of approximately $20 million and besides repair services provides replacement parts and fabrication services for heat exchangers in the refinery and petrochemical industries, Emcor said. (Reporting by Nick Carey, editing by Dave Zimmerman)
