New Issue-CNA Financial sells $350 mln in 10-yr notes

  Nov 9 (Reuters) - CNA Financial Corp (CNA.N) on Monday
sold $350 million of senior unsecured notes, said IFR, a
Thomson Reuters service.
  Citi, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo were the joint bookrunning
managers for the sale.
