New Issue-Cleco Power LLC sells $145 mln notes in reopen

  Nov 9 (Reuters) - Cleco Power LLC (CNL.N) on Monday sold
$145 million of notes in a senior unsecured reopening, said
IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Keybanc Capital Markets and Calyon were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
