Clearwire Comms LLC/Finance to sell $1.45 bln notes

NEW YORK, Nov 10 (Reuters) - Clearwire Communications LLC/Finance Inc is planning to sell $1.45 billion in six-year notes on Nov. 18, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
