New Issue-Enogex sells $250 mln in 10.5-yr notes

  Nov 10 (Reuters) - Enogex LLC, a unit of OGE Energy Corp
(OGE.N) on Tuesday sold $250 million of senior unsecured notes
in the 144a private placement market, said IFR, a Thomson
Reuters service.
 JP Morgan, Mitsubishi UFJ, and Wells Fargo were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
