BP's Texas City, Tex refinery back at normal operations

NEW YORK, Oct 10 (Reuters) - BP's 467,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Texas City, Texas was back at normal operations after shutting ahead of Hurricane Ike, a source familiar with refinery operations said Friday.
