CORRECTED - New Issue-Entergy Louisiana sells $300 mln 1st mtg bds

  Corrects name of issuer to Entergy Louisiana LLC, instead
of Entergy Louisiana Inc. and corrects name of parent company
to Entergy Corp, not Entergy Group.
 Corrects company name to Entergy Louisiana LLC, not Entergy
Louisiana Inc., and the parent company to Entergy Corporation,
not Entergy Group.
  Aug 11 (Reuters) - Entergy Louisiana LLC, a unit of
Entergy Corp (ETR.N), on Monday sold $300 million in 10-year
first mortgage bonds, reported IFR, a Thomson Reuters
publication.
 Keybanc Capital Markets, Lehman Brothers Inc, and Wachovia
Securities were the joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
