New Issue-Swift Energy sells $225 mln 10-yr notes

  Nov 11 (Reuters) - Swift Energy Co (SFY.N) late Tuesday
sold $225 million of senior notes, said a source familiar with
the transaction on Wednesday.
 The size of the deal was increased from an originally
planned $200 million.
  JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, RBC, and Wells Fargo were the
joint bookrunning managers for the sale.
