AT&T to stop offering DirecTV service
NEW YORK (Reuters) - AT&T Inc (T.N) said on Tuesday it would stop offering DirecTV (DTV.O) satellite television services in the first quarter.
The company also said it was still evaluating its long-term relationship with both EchoStar and DirecTV with a view to making a decision in late 2008.
AT&T said its agreement to offer services from EchoStar extends until the end of 2008.
