New Issue-NStar sells $350 mln in 10-yr notes

  Nov 12 (Reuters) - NStar (NST.N), which distributes
electricity and natural gas, on Thursday sold $350 million of
senior unsecured debt, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.
  Bank of America and Goldman Sachs were the joint
bookrunning managers for the sale.
