Blackstone Holdings Finance sets price guidance

NEW YORK, Aug 13 (Reuters) - Blackstone Holdings Finance Co LLC set price guidance on its 10-year note sale on Thursday, with pricing expected later Thursday, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

Stocks  |  Bonds  |  Private Capital

The notes are expected to yield 325 and 350 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries, according to IFR.

This is Blackstone's first bond sale, according to IFR.

The joint lead managers on the sale are Citigroup and Morgan Stanley. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie; editing by Jeffrey Benkoe)
