LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Danny DeVito will woo Kristen Bell in his own inimitable style in Disney's romantic comedy "When in Rome."

Bell ("Forgetting Sarah Marshall") plays a love-starved New York curator who steals magical coins from a famous Roman fountain but soon finds herself in a bizarre situation when she is pursued back to New York by a band of aggressive suitors -- the very people whose coins she took. DeVito will play one of the suitors.

He joins a supporting cast that already includes Will Arnett, Josh Duhamel, Jon Heder, Anjelica Huston and Dax Shepard. The studio shoots this month in New York. Mark Steven Johnson is directing.

DeVito reprises his role as Frank Reynolds in the next season of the FX series "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."
