Telmex proposes dividend of 0.45 pesos per share

MEXICO CITY, March 14 (Reuters) - Mexico's top fixed-line telephone company, Telmex (TELMEXL.MX) (TMX.N), proposed on Wednesday a dividend of 0.45 pesos per share to be paid in four payments.
