Bayer's Trasylol raises death rate, study finds

BOSTON, May 14 (Reuters) - Bayer AG's BAYG.DE Trasylol, withdrawn from the market in November, has a 53 percent higher risk of death compared to other drugs used to reduce bleeding in high-risk heart surgery, according to long-awaited study published on Wednesday.
