CIBC sells C$1 bln five-year notes - term sheet

NEW YORK, Nov 16 (Reuters) - Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CM.TO) sold C$1 billion (about $952,000) of five-year notes, according to a term sheet seen by Reuters on Monday.

The 3.30 percent notes, due Nov. 19, 2014, were priced at C$99.973 to yield 3.306 percent or 67.2 basis points over the Canadian government benchmark.

The sole lead manager of the sale was CIB's investment arm, CIBCwm. ($1=C$1.05) (Reporting by Pam Niimi; Editing by Chizu Nomiyama)
