Ecuador says to propose OPEC output increase

QUITO, May 16 (Reuters) - Ecuador's Oil Minister Galo Chiriboga said on Friday he would propose OPEC raise production to curb record high oil prices, which he said were hurting poor nations due to speculation on the energy markets. (Reporting by Alonso Soto in Quito; Editing by David Gregorio)
