Venezuela's Chavez says $100/barrel fair oil price

CARACAS (Reuters) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on Friday $100 per barrel was a "fair" price for oil on world markets as he prepared to head to an OPEC summit, where members' leaders will be under pressure to hike supply.
