Kodak accused Samsung, and two of its subsidiaries, and LG Electronics, and two of its subsidiaries, of infringing on patented Kodak technology in mobile telephones and wireless devices, according to a notice on the commission's website.

The ITC is a popular venue for patent infringement lawsuits since it can stop the importation of items made with infringing technology. (Reporting by Diane Bartz)
