Valero: Port Arthur refinery coker shut for repair

NEW YORK, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Valero Energy Corp (VLO.N) said Tuesday it shut three modules of a 105,000 barrel-per-day coker at its 325,000 bpd Port Arthur, Texas refinery to repair cracks in the coke drums.

"We expect this outage to be brief with the coker modules returned to service over the next several days," Valero spokesman Bill Day said in an email. (Reporting by Janet McGurty)
